Here Are Four Tasks I Do Daily To Improve Productivity.
You are not born a productive person. You have to train yourself to be productive. It's a constant skill that has to be worked on. Here are four tasks i do daily to train myself to be more productive.
Read Something New
Reading is a source of wisdom. By reading every day
, you will not only have a focus that will keep your mind off your troubles but you will also be filling your brain with new information and wisdom.
Reading, in general, is good however focusing your readings on improving aspects of your own life is very beneficial.
Books such as Who Moved My Cheese or Allen Carr’s Stop Smoking Book can really help you see things differently or give up a bad habit.
Do 30 Minutes Of Exercise
Research has found that exercising regularly actually gives people more energy and makes them happier.
You don’t have to start a gruelling boot camp or go to the gym for hours every day, just adding a thirty-minute walk or stretch into your daily routine can give you that little bit of clarity that will make you happier and ready to face the everyday tasks in life.
Not only this but you may find you lose a few extra pounds you wanted to which will make you more confident with the way you look and feel.
Write Things Down
Issues in one's life can be easier to solve if you write them down.
It is very easy to get overwhelmed by life. Writing down everything that is wrong can make things clearer.
Not only does it highlight the areas of your life you may want to work on or change but you will also be able to see the aspects you are focusing on that in the larger picture just don’t matter.
People dwell on things and often for no reason.
By highlighting all the aspects of your life that you believe at the time are making you sad or stressed you may just realise that you can just forget about them and that they are not that important.
Move Away From Your Comfort Zone
Go on an adventure!
You never know you may learn things about yourself you didn’t even know you were capable of.
An adventure doesn’t have to be moving to the depth of Africa and living off the land. It can be as simple as starting a new hobby.
For example, you may not feel comfortable meeting new people. If so, start a hobby that you’ve always wanted to do with people you don’t know.
